Self Defense Tips: Press Your Own Defense Against Attackers
Most men are stronger than most women. Women need to smarten themselves up about how to move defensively and turn the tables on the bad guys. Research shows that women who can maneuver well and inflict some significant pain tend to do pretty well overall.
If you find yourself in a tough situation, which usually means being in close contact with the assailant, start causing trouble. In addition to making noise, get in a few well-placed attacks of your own.
- The most vulnerable area for men is in the groin area. Punch, slap, grab and twist. Inflict
- When you are grabbed from behind, especially if he puts an arm around your waist, pinch him in that soft area on the inside of the arm between the elbow and the armpit. Pinch as hard as you possibly can, using fingernails if you’ve got them. Pinch and twist very, very hard. A woman who used this technique reported that not only did she tear the skin but she even pulled out a few muscle strands as well. The bad guy showed up at a clinic for stitches later on that night. He was still in agony.
- Another tender area is the inside thigh up high, between knee and groin. Pinch and twist hard – very hard.
This is your self defense 101. Remember that your life may well depend on how much pain you can inflict in a short time. Grit your teeth and go for it!
