Pennsylvania Dinner Guest Stunned
Twenty-five-year old Timothy Leinbach wore out his welcome after drinks – a lot of drinks – and dinner. Apparently, Leinbach took exception to the host’s request that he give back a cell phone which belonged to one of the residents.
The drunken guest had started damaging the home and its contents by the time local police were called. When officers arrived they found the drunken Leinbach sitting in a vehicle in the home’s driveway. He wasn’t in the mood to follow police directions to stay in his vehicle.
Instead, the drunken dinner guest got out of the vehicle and began throwing a series of punches at one of the officers. At that point one of the patrolmen got Leinbach in a headlock, but he pushed hard enough to slam both himself and the officer into the side of a car.
Since conventional methods weren’t working, the other deputy shocked Leinbach with a stun gun and he fell down. When deputies tried to take him into custody Leinbach started kicking at the officers and even connected with at least one of the kicks.
It took three more shocks to bring the five-foot seven-inch, 160 pound man, who continued to resist, under police control.
Leinbach now faces aggravated assault and resisting arrest charges.
