Small Stun Gun Provides Big Protection

Given the advances in today’s technology, a small stun gun can make the life or death difference for big, burly guys and also for petite, ladylike gals. You no longer have to be as big as Andre the Giant to pack the kind of power needed to stop an aggressor.

About one hundred years ago a little, single action pistol was designed by a guy named Henry Deringer. He made quite a name for himself by making a “pocket pistol” which quickly became a favorite of women who could pack some protection discretely. The term now applies to a wide range of small firearms and is usually the smallest usable handgun of any given caliber.

These “stocking guns” made it possible for both men and women to conceal personal protection that could – and often did – do major damage when the situation called for it. From the .45 which provided only one or two shots, down to the .22 which offered seven or eight shots (which were far less effective), these babies provided – and still do – lethal protection.
