Stun Gun For Sale Ad Started the Ball Rolling

About two years earlier, the high school gym teacher saw an ad stating a local hunting supplies store had a stun gun for sale. While he did not want to keep a firearm in the house because he and his wife had a couple of small children, he had been thinking that they needed to keep some sort of protection. After all, in case something troublesome came up, help from law enforcement officials – or even neighbors – would take a while to contact and to arrive.

After discussing it with his wife, they agreed that keeping a stun gun at the house would be less dangerous than a firearm but still provide a level of safety they did not currently have. He made the trip into town, talked with the store owner, and purchased the stun gun and a couple of spare batteries.
