Naked Attacker Stopped with a Stun Gun

Okay, some people do the craziest things. Sometimes they just make me scratch my head in bewilderment at the things that they do. One man recently did something completely crazy and needed to be stopped with a stun gun several times. I guess you can look at it in a positive way and say that he has a lot of determination.

For some reason, a man named Ernest Smith was running through the streets naked. Someone called the police when they saw him, so the law came to the rescue. When officers arrived on the scene, they witnessed Smith attacking a man and a woman.

One of the officers ordered Smith on the ground. He got down on the ground, but then got up again and lunged at the other officer. One of them pulled out a stun gun and shocked him with it, forcing him to the ground again. Once he regained control of himself, he got right back up and was starting toward the officer again. So, he was stunned again. Again, he was on the ground.

The police began to try to cuff him, but before they could, he grabbed an officer’s leg and started to bite him. For a third and final time, Smith was stunned with electricity. This time, they got the cuffs on him and took him away.

It was never released why Smith was naked and attacking people. Maybe he was on drugs or maybe he was just that loony. No matter what, without the stun gun things could have really gotten out of hand. The officers could have been hurt, civilians hurt more, and Smith may even have hurt himself. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case.
