Stun Gun Used on Husband Fighting to Keep His Wife from Being Arrested

You know, drinking alcohol can be fun, but you should always drink within reason. This is especially true when you are in a public place like a bar. One couple drank a little too much and bit off a little more than they could chew. When the police became involved, their actions led to a stun gun being used, as well as some handcuffs.

A woman named Dulce Gutierrez was in a bar and had gotten into a dispute with another woman. Dulce got carried away however and was starting to behave very rudely, not to mention her violent behavior. One of the bar patrons went outside and flagged down a couple of police officers who were on patrol in the area and notified them of the fight that was happening.

When the police came into the bar, they saw Dulce arguing with another woman. She then slapped the hand of a bartender who was taking a picture of her for future records. They walked up to her and started to place her under arrest. But that’s when things got more interesting.

The woman’s husband, Heriberto Gutierrez approached the officers with clenched fists and shoved one of them. The officer then grabbed him and he tried to break free. He then punched the officer in the face. As his wife was taken to the ground and cuffed, Heriberto was warned that if he did not cooperate, he would be shot with a stun gun.

He didn’t cooperate and was then shocked. Both of them were arrested and, needless to say, have been banned from that bar.
