A Jealous Woman and her Pepper Spray

There are countless quotes around advising men that you should never scorn a woman in love. Unfortunately there are those who do, and ultimately pay the price in unconventional ways, such as utilizing pepper spray.

One such incident saw a 24-year-old woman in Delaware follow her 31-year-old boyfriend to a nearby bank after they had an argument at their home regarding his cheating ways. In an attempt to remove himself from her, the man left and walked to a nearby 7-Eleven.

His girlfriend then followed him, and when he tried to board a bus, she would let him. He then quickly made his way to a bank in a bid to call for help from security.

However, in a rare circumstance, no security guard could be found in the bank and in an attempt to close the doors on his jealous girlfriend, he shouted to bank patrons to call the police.

Yet, this did nothing to deter the woman on a mission who was able to spray her pepper spray at the back of her boyfriend’s head causing problems with his breathing and sight. A bank patron and two employees also suffered from trouble breathing, watery eyes and a sore throat as a result.

After the woman then fled the scene, police managed to apprehend her where she was brought into custody, where she was charged with one count of disorderly conduct and four counts of felony assault.

They do say that all is fair in love and war, and taking matters into her own hands, this woman demonstrated that not only was she a woman that shouldn’t be scorned in matters relating to love, but that she shouldn’t be a person to have possession of a self defense device such as pepper spray.

However, while she may have been able to utilize her personal protection device on her boyfriend, men should reconsider attaching themselves to her. After all they may never know if they’ll be the next lucky individual who’s confronted with pepper spray; not only that, but next time it might even be a TASER device aimed at their head.
