Aussie Man Kept Woman Sex Slave with TASER Device

It’s amazing what kind of lengths an individual will go to when they want to pocket some extra money; and in some cases it’s just as shocking to see the types of tools they will utilize in a bid to exert their power over someone.

A situation in Sydney, Australia found an Aussie man holding a woman hostage for more than a year by forcing her to work as a prostitute while taking away whatever she earned. But how did he force her into work? The 25-year-old man controlled the 29-year-old woman by employing his TASER device on her.

The woman became friends with the man, which saw the young man convincing her to moved in with him; however once she was living with him, he then proceed to take away from passport and cell phone, while then making her work as a prostitute in various brothels for 12 to 18 hours a day.

On one occasion the man punched her, operated his TASER weapon on the woman and raped her when he believed she was sending emails from a laptop.

During an opportunity that proved to be a stroke of luck, the woman was able to escape when the man brought her to see his lawyer over a different matter. Once she had fled from him she called local police and was admitted to a nearby hospital. It was at the hospital that doctors found numerous injuries related to the use of a TASER device located on her body.

When questioned by police the 25-year-old man told them that his girlfriend was a user of the drug ice.

From one extreme to the next we see more and more people in today’s society employing devices that should be used for self defense, instead of operating them to exert power over a weak individual, or to cause harm and injury to those around us.

TASER weapons have received more press with the media in the last few years over death related incidents, and the force behind them that everyday people experience when their power is abused.

These devices weren’t designed for those purposes; they were designed with safety in mind. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way that can determine who will use them correctly and who won’t. Until that time comes, or people begin to respect the tools for what they are we will be seeing more incidents that involve women held captive because someone wants to pocket some money.

And while there are people around who do abuse TASER devices, there are those who don’t; and there are those who have come to rely on these tools that have helped saved their lives, and a life saved from a self defense device outshines someone’s abuse of the tool.
