New Member Joins TASER International Board of Directors
TASER International, Inc has recently announced that Hadi Partovi has joined its Board of Directors which saw his contract effective on June 21, 2010. Mr. Partovi who has an extensive history which includes working as a general manager, a senior vice president of technology, president, in addition to co-found at numerous internet and software companies, one of which includes Microsoft.
He has also worked in advising countless technology companies which include Dropbox, OPOWER, Facebook, and Bluekai, while also serving on the Board of Directors for Tellme Networks, Edusoft, and iLike.
The TASER International Chairman of the Board said that Mr. Partovi was a man with an immense amount of experience, and was considered a valuable addition to the board. Now as a member of the Board of Directors he will deliver insight into the new pioneering technology solutions when it comes to self defense devices such as TASER devices, stun guns and pepper spray that many families and law enforcement personnel around the world rely on when it comes to their personal safety.
With this latest addition, TASER International now consists of nine members of its Board of Directors, which also includes seven outside Directors.
Since its conception, TASER International, Inc serves more than 15,000 public safety agencies in 40 countries that rely on TASER devices to assist in serving and protecting millions of people. Furthermore, they also aid individuals and families as well who require their assistance when it comes to their personal protection. These have proven to be extremely effective at protecting an individual from harm.
