Stun Gun Recovered in Cannabis Raid

Officers recently recovered a stun gun along with cannabis after a raid was undertaken at the England home of a 30-year-old man.

During the raid officers found that they man had 26 sprouting cannabis plants that were a foot-tall inside a cupboard. Furthermore 18 cannabis cuttings were found hanging on a washing line in a bedroom complete with transformers, fans, scales, lights and the self defense device.

Once officers uncovered what the man had in his possession they subsequently hauled the cannabis and stunning tool away.

When the 30-year-old man turned up at his home he was arrested. Talking to police he explained that the cannabis he grew was for personal use, while the stun gun was for protection, even though it was no longer in working order.

According to the officers who took the device away it wasn’t considered a weapon as parts of it were missing for it to work. As a result the man was ordered to 12 months of community work, in addition to paying a fine.

While the man explained to police he had possession of a stun gun for his protection, a non-working one won’t do the job. It’s important for individuals to remember that when they purchase a self defense device that they maintain it so that when they do require its assistance it will function correctly.

It doesn’t take much to look after these tools, but by doing so you will be able to walk outside or even in your own home knowing that a defense device is not far away if you should need it.

Not only that, but if you don’t maintain your device and find that you do require its help, only to find it doesn’t work, you could end up in a situation that ends badly for yourself, simply because you didn’t take the required time to keep it in maintaining order.

Remember, nothing in this world will work properly unless the correct care has been applied; and the same goes for a stun gun device. You bought it for a reason, so take the time to look after what you have invested in. You never know when you may have to utilize it.
