Distraction Burglary Could Have been Prevented with TASER

A man who claimed that he was from a company called Northern Housing Fund called to the home of two 80-year-old women, asking them about her door locks.

Unsuspecting of the man the elderly lady brought him in so that he could inspect the doors. While the man was doing so, the second elderly lady of the house noticed a second man searching a bedroom.

When found out the man covered his face before running off. Realizing what was happening, the first man also fled, leaving the startled elderly women behind.

In the society that we live in these days there are more bogus callers preying on elderly men and women, as they enter their homes and steal from them. As a result of this more measures need to be taken to prevent such cases from taking place.
