TASER: Ideal Device to Prevent Home Invasions

Four young individuals in Oregon were lucky to find themselves explaining to police that two masked gunmen entered their mobile home uninvited where they demanded money before fleeing in two cars with an undisclosed amount of money.

Officers arrived at the home just before midnight where the home invasion took place. When they arrived they found the four individuals: three males aged 18 and 19 years old, and a 20-year-old female. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a detailed description for the two suspects who they said were wearing ski masks and dark clothing.

Once the two masked gunmen had the money they wanted they then left in dark colored SUV and a burgundy or red passenger car, that were both waiting in the area.

However, while no one was hurt in this situation, the two suspects have yet to be caught.

In the United States, there is a steady increase in the number of home invasions. As a result of this, more people should be taking the necessary precautions when it comes to their safety and the valuables in this home.

Not only that, but no one should find themselves a victim in their own home at the hands of others. One way of preventing home invasions from happening is of course to make sure that your home is securely locked when you are away from it.
