Home of Teacher Burglarized Nine Times

In the 14 years that one teacher has resided in her home, she has seen it burglarized nine times. The solution to this reoccurring problem would be to own a TASER device.

Two weeks after the house was bought problems began to start. Not only that, but the home of the teacher even had a break-in that happened two days in a row.

However, despite the fact that an alarm system is in place, windows have still been broken, doors have been kicked open, and numerous items have been stolen. Some of the items taken include a stove, laptop, jewelry, lawn mower, a unit outside the house and Christmas presents from her brother’s children.

Of course, a number of her biggest losses were also the gifts that many of her students gave to her.

In 2010, Greensboro Police data shows that over 40 percent of home burglaries have taken place in the Eastern Division, which is consequently where the female teacher resides. Her area combined with Lees Chapel Road has been the victim of over 120 burglaries.

Ultimately burglars are searching for places that present an ideal opportunity, and when an area has homes next to homes, it provides the perfect place for a burglar to strike.

The police division dedicated to tackling these home burglaries is setting up special assignment squads that will primarily focus their time on the home burglaries that occur in the Eastern Division.

And yet, one way of preventing home burglaries from occurring is to equip yourself with the necessary protection. One way of doing this is by purchasing a TASER weapon, which is an ideal device to own. No one should feel victimized in their own home, and certainly not nine times, and no one should feel like they can enter the house of someone with the intention of stealing from them.
