Home Invasion Suspect Arrested
Police explained that the victim was initially entering her home along with her 1-year-old son, when the 22-year-old suspect and another man forced her into her house where they demanded money. In a bid to locate money in her home the two suspects began knocking things off shelves in the kitchen and living room.
The victim told police that the men had guns with them and at one stage they banged her head against the wall and held a gun to her head. Demonstrating their desperate attitudes they then held a gun to the victim’s 1-year-old’s head. After pleading with them that she didn’t have any money and to take what they wanted, they then fled the scene.
While the 22-year-old suspect has been apprehended by police, police are still searching for the second suspect that was involved.
