Learn Self Defense with Lessons at School
Mark Cashatt’s Taekwon-Do School in Franconia will be hosting a free class which has been designed to instruct women on the importance of self defense techniques in addition to knowing how to stay safe on and off campus.
Typically, they undertake these classes three of four times a year and have planned this one for the New Year as there are many students still at home for college.
As a 7th Degree Black Belt instructor who is certified by the United Taekwon-Do Federation, Mark Cashatt has been educating those to gain skills in self defense skills for over 20 years making him the ideal person to learn from when it comes to knowing how to better prepare yourself in defensive moves.
When an individual is able to protect themselves, they have more self-confidence in themselves. This is not only vital when it comes to fighting off a bad guy, but it is also important in every aspect of a person’s life.
In most cases when it comes to learning self defense skills all it takes is the employment of basic steps which can play a huge role in boosting a person’s protection when they need it the most. For example, simply keeping an eye out when it comes to an individual’s surroundings can greatly increase their protection as they are alert to what is going on around them at all times.
Those that are alert to their surroundings will be able to spot anyone acting in a strange manner. Not only that, but if they have a plan in mind as to how to escape from a situation they will have the upper hand in a situation should they find themselves the target of an attack.
