DUI Suspect Subdued by Police TASER Device
The 21-year-old man was charged with felony aggravated resisting arrest and a DUI in the early hours of the morning. The young man was seen speeding after an officer tried to stop his vehicle.
Instead of stopping though, the 21-year-old jumped from the car and tried to flee while the car was still in motion. After jumping a fence he then turned around to confront the officer who subsequently employed the self defense on him.
As a result of the stunning police device, the officer was able to apprehend the man in question without any further incident or injury that could have resulted from jumping out of a moving car. As the 21-year-old was seen to take drastic actions in an attempt to avoid being issued with a DUI arrest the officer could not be sure how the man would have reacted once confronted.
Because of this the assistance from the TASER device was greatly relied upon to deliver the maximum results needed in order to stop the man from fleeing any further.
