Four Teenagers Arrested in Relation to Home Burglaries

Officers have arrested four Middleton teenagers in relation to home burglaries that took place in December of last year in remote locations situated on Webster and Willey roads.

The four that were charged were between the ages of 17-and-18-years-old and were charged with a felony court of burglary, misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass, two courts of criminal mischief, violations of littering and unlawful possession of alcohol as well as three courts of theft.

All four are due to appear in court on the 1 February to face their charges.

According to police, the four are accused of targeting a home on Webster Road and another on Willey Road due to their remote locations. However, a license plate for the vehicle employed by the teenagers assisted with identifying the four suspects.

In total, four burglaries took place at the two residences while no one was at home. Thankfully, though, many of the items stolen were recovered back to their former owners. Some of the items taken included radios, off-highway recreational vehicle ramps and chainsaws.

After police were alerted and on the hunt for the suspects, the four teenagers turned themselves in after warrants were issued for their arrests.
