The Assistance from a Stun Gun is Perfect at Preventing Home Robberies

The Helena police chief explained that two suspects had originally entered a home where they were armed with a gun.

During the home robbery there were also two residents in at the time. As a result, one of the homeowners was hit with the weapon and was treated for a head wound. A second resident in the home who had a stun gun on hand was able to employ it on one of the suspects.

Police are not sure if the victims knew who their suspects were; however, police believe it was an isolated incident and that the suspects were targeting the two individuals in the home at the time.

While no further damage was done, the suspects did manage to steal a few items before fleeing the area. They were last seen running down an alley located behind the house.

It just goes to show that the ownership of a self defense device such as a stun gun within the home is ideal when it comes to defending yourself, your family and your possessions from burglars.

Regardless of the fact that one of the suspects had a firearm on hand which was employed on one of the occupants that didn’t stop the second resident from utilizing the device for their safety.

This ultimately aided in deterring the two burglars from continuing on with their criminal activity that could have proved fatal. Luckily, the head wound was not something serious that required hospital treatment.

Not only that, but in a non-lethal way, the occupant who employed the stun gun was able to successfully fight off the suspect with the device, thus scaring the two suspects in the process. Hopefully, it won’t be long before police find the two suspects involved, but it will the perfect reminder to the two suspects that just because you may have a threatening device on hand, there are others who have something that is even more powerful and effective on hand as well.
