Police Stun Gun Needed to Subdue Suspect
The man in question was initially at a dental office with a woman where she had an appointment. For reasons unknown the man then became upset and acted in a violent manner towards the woman.
A man who was passing confronted the hostile individual who he reported was brandishing a knife at him; however, the knife itself was kept in the closed position.
It wasn’t long before the police were called to the scene where they ordered the man to drop to his knees. As a result of his refusal an officer approached the man with his baton drawn, but the 46-year-old man tried to bite him.
The suspect was brought to the ground, but a struggle ensued. In order to get the suspect under control a police stun gun was employed on him. He was then arrested and taken to Butte County Jail.
