Man Apprehended by Police Stun Gun After Stand Off

Essex police in England entered a home along with professional stun guns in order to apprehend a 52-year-old male.

When officers arrived at the house they found themselves being threatened by the man in question who told them that he was armed. Once police gained entry they apprehended the man who was arrested after allegedly making threats to kill.

Two women also involved, aged 36 and 51, were also arrested with the possession of firearms.

When it comes to police safety, it is important that they have a form of defense on hand that they can rely on should they require it. It’s no longer a case of employing firearms in order to achieve results because they run the risk of harming the people involved.

These days, when police are required to produce effective results they are required to turn their attention to the array of self defense devices that they have on hand.
