Police Apprehend Man with Stun Gun After Throwing Rocks at Neighbors Car

A man in Colorado Springs was apprehended by a police stun gun after he was reported to have thrown rocks at a neighbors car.

According to police reports, rocks came flying over a home around 4:31 p.m., smashing a car windshield as well as police when they arrived to investigate. When police went around the side of the house, they discovered their suspect throwing rocks.

Reports state that the rocks were in fact the size of boulders.

Officers followed the man into his home where, shortly afterward, a fight broke out. Here they attempted to arrest the man, but failed and subsequently has to use the self defense device on him.
