Police Employ TASER Gun on Burglary Suspect

A burglary suspect was apprehended by police after they used a TASER gun to catch the criminal in Bristol, England.Avon and Somerset police were called to the residence after the homeowner phoned them, fearing that a thief had just broken into the house armed with a blade.

When police arrived the suspected burglar became aggressive, knowing one officer unconscious. As a result, back-up was called where an officer employed the self defense device on the suspect in order to subdue him.

A 24-year-old male was being held in custody on suspicion of assault and aggravated burglary.

Thankfully, with the use of the police self defense device they were able to stop the thief before he got away with stolen goods.
