In most cases, yes. The higher the voltage, the shorter the time needed to immobilize the attacker. In other words, less confrontation time. However, the effectiveness of a stun gun depends on the attacker's body type and mentality. If he is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the result may not be as effective.
Can I hit the attacker with the flashlight stun gun directly?
