We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 6 month satisfaction guarantee on all products (except for Pepper Spray and TASER brand products). If you are not happy with your purchase, just simply follow the return procedure listed below and we will refund your purchase price of the product no questions asked!
All TASER brand products with the exception of the units themselves (C2, M26, and X26) have a 30 day return policy. All TASER brand products are subject to 20% restocking fee (if we don’t call it a “TASER”, it IS NOT a TASER brand product). Opened TASER C2 and C2 accessories CANNOT be returned, exchanged or refunded. Sorry we cannot refund shipping charge. Due to government and TASER regulations we cannot receive returns on the main self-defense units (C2, M26, and X26).
An adult signature may be required upon delivery since TASER International requires a background check and registration on all TASER brand products including the following:
44009 – TASER M26C/M18L
26009 – TASER X26C
C2 – All TASER C2 models
Once the TASER brand products are shipped, all returns are subjected to 20% restocking fee (within 30 days) with no exceptions (unless the product is defective).
Due to the nature of the product, pepper spray cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be authorized by BestStunGun.com before product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization no later than 6 months after original ship date. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
- Order ID
- Contact phone number
- Reason for return (if product is defected)
A return authorization will be sent within 24 hours via e-mail. Please print the return authorization email and return with the order.
IMPORTANT: Any return must be authorized by BestStunGun.com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if in by 2pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

USPS Priority (3-4 business days, not insured)- Flat rate $5.00 per order
UPS Ground (3-5 business days, insurance included) – Flat rate $11.95 per order
UPS 3 Day Air (3 business days, insurance included) – Flat rate $22.00
UPS 2 Day Air (2 business days, insurance included) – Flat rate $32.00
According to the FAA safety regulation, pepper spray can only be shipped by ground. Please select UPS Ground if your order contains pepper spray product.
All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority for $5 flat rate. No handling fee is required.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders (including PO Box) will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to allow you to cancel your order. If you do not wish to cancel, the item will be shipped to you at the earliest possible time.

BestStunGun.com does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or sell to children under the age of 18.
All Best Stun Gun.com orders are shipped in plain discreet boxes. The return address is Lau International, LLC. Nowhere does it mention what you purchased. Your neighbors, mail carrier or children will not be able to tell the contents of your order.
Your credit card or debit card statement will read “Best Stun Gun.com”.
IMPORTANT: All stun guns and stun batons must use Streetwise or Energizer battery. Other batteries may not work.
Best Stun Gun guarantees all our products to be free of defects when they are sent. All our products are warranted by manufacturers; please refer to the product page for warranty information. If the product you receive is defective you must notify us by email at
email@example.com no later than 15 days after original ship date to receive return instructions. The product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
For defective discontinued models – If purchase date is within one year, we will replace it with a new model with similar specifications within the same brand. If purchase date is more than 1 year, we will offer 25% off your next purchase within the same brand.
IMPORTANT: Since all TASER products are registered with TASER International, warranty on TASER M26C/M18L, TASER X26C and TASER C2 will be serviced directly by TASER International.
